Exhibitor Shipping & Handling Information

To ensure smooth shipping and delivery of your exhibitor materials, please review the official Exhibitor & Group Shipping Fact Sheet provided by the Denver Marriott Westminster.

Important Details:

  • Packages may only be delivered up to 2 days prior to the event unless special arrangements are made.
  • All packages should be clearly labeled with the event and contact name.
  • The hotel will assist with trash removal and moving packages to/from the event space.
  • Shipping/handling fees apply, ranging from $5 per box to $150 per crate (fees only apply if company ships their materials early – more than 2 days before the event).
  • Exhibitors are responsible for arranging return shipping and providing all shipping materials.

Audio Visual Orders

If you require any A/V support—such as extension cords, power strips, monitors, or internet access—you must complete the Exhibitor Audio Visual Order Form and coordinate directly with hotel A/V staff.

Standard A/V Offering:

  • Power Package (1 extension cord + 1 power strip): $55.00/day

Additional items may be requested and will be quoted accordingly.
